O clădire finalizată anul trecut ( în noiembrie 2011 erau postate primele poze după ce fusese demontat gardul de protecţie ), în plină criză imobiliară ... uşile automate glisante sunt Geze iar intrarea dinspre Căderea Bastiliei este cu profile si feronerie Schüco.
Fiind criză, s-a adoptat cea mai ieftină soluţie la intrare: fară copertină şi cu un singur rând de uşi. Rezultatul? Intrarea principală este acum mai mult închisă iar accesul se face pe uşile secundare.
Iar de pe site-ul clădirii aflăm că

Cum rămane cu transferul termic în holul de intrare când ai un singur rând de uşi la intrare iar afară este vijelie şi ninge? Dar cu nemaipomenitul confort al celor care intră  în clădire folosind uşile batante secundare?
Bine că proprietarii clădirii se pot laudă cu heliportul. Probabil vor trece ani buni până când clădirile vor fi echipate corespunzător şi la un nivel decent.
